The holidays are upon us and that means tons of family gatherings! I don’t know about your family, but mine likes to eat! We always have way more food than we need (and I don’t mind that at all – LEFTOVERS!!!).
One of the staples in my family is Creamed Corn. We make it in a Crock Pot and it’s so yummy! Bonus, it’s super easy!!!
Cottom Family Creamed Corn
- 1 lb frozen corn
- 1 stick butter (not margarine!!)
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1/8 cup sugar
*For each pound of corn, add one more of each ingredient.
See? Easy!!! So good that even my husband and daughter that hate cream cheese will eat it!!!!
